We install a “For Lease” signboard on your property. This is performed at the commencement of our contract.
We provide professional photography for your property presenting your property professionally.
Extensive marketing of your property is performed including internet, social media, signage, networking and accessing our extensive tenancy database.
Thorough screening and qualification process of prospective tenants is performed including background checks, rental history and references. All prospective applicants that pass our screening process will be communicated with you for a final approval.
We provide a comprehensive ingoing and outgoing property report including photos and detailed communication.
Supervision of all signing of all tenancy documentation and specialist advice where required.
The collection, banking and processing of all funds relating to your investment including rents, water rates, maintenance costs, etc.
Lodgements & Processing
The administration and lodgement of the Rental Bond with the Office of Fair Trading. Processing all documentation relating to the tenant’s rental bond after vacating.
We perform regular routine inspection reports of your property 4 times per year. We also perform intermittent external drive by inspections of your property to proactively intercept any problems that may occur.
We are diligent when it comes to understanding the current property market environment and perform regular rent reviews as required based on current market comparisons.
Rental Collection & Administration
We keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing expenses. Rents are deposited into your nominated account twice per month and we provide regular updates and statements.
